  1. no offence meant, but most restaurants/people are trying to maintain south indian food in most places to preserve the culture in its originality, and to discourage more north indians who're looking for jobs from moving in to Bangalore.

  2. The same is not available in Delhi also.

  3. queens on church street ,bavarchi in kumaraswamy layout @there r many north indian hotels all around bangalore !!!

  4. The one i know is near Ulsoor lake .. beside Gurudwara .. U will get really tasty food at affordable price .. that dhaba name is Pappi da dhaba .. try it once ..

  5. hey y dont you try Panjabi Daba dehind BMS college of engineering bull temple road

  6. Hi

I found the pure north indian food in bangalore delivered by Nannus , This is a pure north indian food company having expert north indian cooks . They are the only guyz in bangalore using Mustard oil to cook north indian food. They dont have a hotel instead it is a pure north indian food with home delivery system facility. Their menu include 3 Rotis ( chapati ), Chawal ( Rice ), bhujia or sabzi , Daal fry ( Arhar, tuar, moong), chatni (Sauce), salad , turkish raita, sweet dish (weekly)... etc etc.

And to my utmost surprise these all only for Rs 35/-.

I ordered the food on their website http://www.nannus.com . You can even order on their phone

  8. Hi guyz I do not agree with adnan. As the food is dam costly at Queens on Church Street and the food is also not very good, as it smells like south indian due to curry leaves. The best food in bangalore which i found was of Nannus, "The Homely Bite". Few of the good things about it is, it is cost effective, they provide the food at the time they promise and the most important thing is the flexibility and the pure north indian taste they provide.

I had almost decided to return back to Delhi because it is impossible to find the pure north indian taste in bangalore at less price.  The only solution which i found was after around six month's in the form of  Nannus, "The Homely Bite". What a taste and quality the provide! And the best part is that Nannus is a branded tiffin system with free home delivery service.

    Thanks Nannus The Homely Bite.

    There website is http://www.nannus.com

  10. If you're searching for restaurents, then you can find many in and arround bangalore, but as far as pure north indian is concerned it may be a little problem, because I've found the curry leaves everywhere :(

For daily food, you've to search for some tiffin wala, and they're limited to specific localities only. Again there're some concerns regarding the authenticity and timely delivery. I've found NANNUS good in the sense, that they provide authentic veg only. Also as they're working as a brand, I can trust. Somethings I really liked, that they're putting very less restrictions e.g. you can cancel order daily to daily, facility of ordering online etc.

It may a bit bad news for some areas where they've not reached, but they're planning to expand fast.
