Where are the best rice fields in Bali

My company is sending me again to Bali. I intend to study Indonesian farming methods after I finish my workshop so I can apply some learnings to our farm.

The best , the most awsome rice terraces are in Central Bali at the village called Tugallalang. These rice terraces change into rice fields as you go towards the village of Ubud (take the small roads). The whole landscape is just mindboggling..at least it is for us.

If you are into farming, you could visit a plantation (fruit trees, coffee, vanila & spices) in Kayuamba. It is quite interesting and they may be able to refer you to some other interesting places. As a matter of fact, there are quite a few plantations in this village, along the main road.

The people are just plain charming and always ready to help.

Bali is a small island and one the regencies that called a center of rice field is Tabanan. This regency is the best place you go and see the various of agricultures. Let say Jatiluwih Village (see detail at: http://www.balistarisland.com/Bali-Inter... is a beautiful place with amazing rice terrace view and wide rice field or you can also visit Blimbing Sari Village this place also own the beautiful  rice terrace. On top of it, if you wish to learn more about the rice farm, this regency is the best you have to come. Because this regency own the good Subak Organization, the water system irrigation organization and I believe you can earn a lot from this.
