Heroin is in many foreign countries not just there.

And as far as weed?  Names are put on different strains of weed.... Do your homework.....

Because most of the weed smoked in the UK is hydroponically grown locally.

Also, of course, our streets being flooded with weed is nowhere near as shocking as being flooded with heroin... weed is practically harmless (except to a few individuals susceptible to mental health problems), whereas smack kills, both people and communities.
