What would be an apropriate time for a 10 year old to go to bed?

I am a mother of 3, all younger than 11! Yikes!

If they can handle 11pm or later, meaning they get up fine when they have to and have good temperment during the day. I went to bed at 915pm on school nights and lied awake until after 11pm because IO dis not require the sleep and I woke up maturally before 7am. The same applied even if I did stay up. Please do NOT read " The Seven Oclock Bedtime" by Inda Schaenen. Her advice and views will cause major damage to your child if followed.
