Am curious about to know what would economy condition if Dubai runs out of its oil. Does Dubai's economy is strong enough on other resources like, Real estate, transport and communication, manufacturing, construction tourism and other common industries. Is is safe to have a huge invest in Dubai considering the facts for at least for next 15 years.
