     Russia is an european nation and as a federation; it has a prime minister and a president as head of state. The prime minister is considered as Chairman of the Government and he is appointed by the president, while the president is not part of the Russian government and exercises supreme executive power in the country. The Russian government operates within the country's constitution, the legislature is a bicameral body that includes the State Duma and the Federal Assembly. The judicial branch includes Supreme Arbitration, Supreme and Constitutional bodies.
