The Russian ones and the Chinese look similar though...hmm. As well as the Roborovski.

Check the characteristics and see which matches the most!

    EDIT:

I never knew that Chinese had the longer tail. But they do. So unless yours does, it isn't. Therefore, it's most likely the Roborovski.

Russian dwarf have fur on their tails and feet.

    Roborovskis are about 2 inches.

    Good luck finding out :)

  6. they are Campbell's dwarfs.  they are very sweet and get along well with a tank mate.  there are winter white campbell's, which turn white in the winter, but these are not them.  they are soooooo cute!

  7. It looks like a Russian Campbell's Dwarf hamster.

Most pet stores label them as winter whites, but they really aren't.  They're the most common kind of dwarf hamster.

    Cute, though. :3

  8. Hi mjbcmh!

They are Winter White Russian Dwarf Hamster.

Winter White Russian hamsters were only available in their typical brown/black 'normal' colour, however, they are now available in a variety of colours.

Colours include at least normal (dark grey/brown), pearl normal, sapphire and pearl sapphire variations.

Often , they are mistaken with Campbell dwarfs, but the Dwarf Winter White Russian Hamster is more compact in shape than the Dwarf Campbells Russian Hamster and has more prominent eyes, a roman nose and a curved spine towards the rear giving it a bullet shaped body.

He is approximately 8-10cm in length when full grown with males being larger than females.

The Winter White Russian hamsters tail is so short that it hardly shows when the hamster is sitting. As winter approaches and the days get shorter, Winter White Russian hamsters' dark fur greys until it is almost completely white -from here he gets his name                                         =D

The second hamster in this photo is a Winter White
