Am a German women and married with a Pakistani national guy, we me in London and married, after two years of marriage we had a birth of our daughter, now she is 5 years old and my husband took her to Pakistan and he don't want to come back, we have family issues and not living together. I want to get my daughter back in my custody. My Question is how judges and court manage child custody cases in Pakistan?
