  1.

Lorazapam, Diazapam are two that help panic and anxiety attacks, however you must first go see a Doctor , and explain to him what you feel when  you have an attack.

The Doctor will not just hand over either of these drugs because you ask for them.

Each of these drugs can become addicting as well. Lorazapam, should not be taken on an evening that you are studying for an exam, as one side effect it has is short term memory loss, so whatever you studied the night before will not be retained for the exam.

  2. I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  3. I had anxiety for short periods in my life. i had medication too. only beta blockers that slowed me down so much that i couldn't move lol. but i found what helped best is talking to someone who not only understands but give a very free open opinion and with whom someone you can trust. i spoke with a lady for 6 hours over 6 weeks one hour at a time and i gave the biggest kick start ever. mainly because i know that drugs can help but there is always something affecting your state of mind which is why i try to avoid any drugs that affect mental stability. i wanted to feel better without the use of anything. i found talking opened me up a bit and i then found it easier to tackle the anxiety in small doses and now i feel as normal as i used to. except for when i have to use an aeroplane lol. but thats a standard lol.
