What is a good beginner paintball marker for speedballing?

I used to play woodballing with a tippmann 98 custom with a few mods but that was about two years ago, I havent played since I would like to start again. I want something that is good for a beginner but not to costly. Yes I know paintballing is costly but I plan on getting something better later.

PMR -250 bucks

HPA tank 80 bucks or so

That's all you really need, an electric hopper would help but its not necessary you will just skip a buncha shots.
