  1. Thats the preposition for telling how old you are. For example, I am 22 years old. In spanish that would be 'yo tengo 22 anos de edad'.  Which literally translates in English 'I have 22 years of age'.  But in spanish they use 'tengo' (I have) to express this condition.  Another similar term is, 'yo tengo hambre', which literally is 'I have hunger', but of course it actually means 'I am hungry'.

    I am[have]69 years.

  3. Your age. Tengo means I have and anos is age/years. So a literal translation is "I have (your age here) years."
