What does a ring of wealth do?

If i wore a ring of wealth on runescape would i get a better chance of drops is that what it does plz help?

Basically it improves the chances of getting a rare item from a monster you kill. For example: Clue Scrolls, Dragon Armour and other highly proced items thus the name Ring of Wealth =D

yup, all it does is make you get rarer drops from npc's, it is really useful against dagganoths in zanaris, bcz they have tho potential to drop dragon shield 1/2's, drag weps, lvl 3 clue scroll, & many more!

That's what it does. The only time you shouldn't use it is if your using coin share, it ruins the drops.
