either take a walk on the beach or go to the pier that has the underwater sea thing.... u kno where you walk in a tunnel and look at all the fishies and sting rays and stuff that swim above you. Or (i didnt see if you were a girl or guy) but if your a guy then take her to the build a bear shop and make a bear with her and give it to her.

Hmmm... well, you're not telling us anything about your age or what you consider "fun."  So assuming all the obvious movies, theater, fine dining and clubs are out, here are some different options:

1.  Pack a gourmet picnic lunch and go rent pedalboats on Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park.   Just don't fall in.  

2.  Take her ice skating or bowling in Yerba Buena Gardens, and follow it with big juicy burgers at Mo's.

3.   Go to SFMOMA on a Thursday night when it is open late, then follow it with wine tasting and a nosh at Vino Venue across the street.

4.   Take her to brunch at Green's in Fort Mason, then follow with a stroll along Marina Green.

5.   Take her to salsa or swing dancing night at Top of the Mark.  

Beaches in San Francisco are COLD at this time of year - not romantic!  And stay away from the crowded, overpriced tourist traps on Fisherman's Wharf.  Enjoy the real San Francisco!
