There are supposedly going to be movie versions of The Mighty Thor and Captain America. This is all supposed to lead to an Avengers movie with multiple Marvel heroes fighting as a team.

Expect an Iron Man sequel.

After the huge success of Dark Knight expect a lot of movies trying to cash in on capes and masks.

There's a number of projects which are currently being filmed, and already have release dates:

Punisher War Zone (December 5th 2008)

The Spirit (Christmas Day 2008)

Watchmen (March 6th 2009)

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (May 1st 2001)

In addition, the following movies have tentative release dates, however, they are in the very early stages of production and it may be some time before they actually come out, since scripts are not finalized and actors and directors haven't signed on yet

There might be another Conan coming. Robert Rodriguez has been promising Sin city 2 (And 3) for a long time now, but he seems to have lost interest for the time being. Obviously there will be another Batman at some point, and they'll certainly try another Superman. They've been trying to get a Justice League together for quite some time. But right now there's nothing concrete.

from what i've heard they are going to maker an avengers movie, a captain America movie, a luke cage movie and even a thor movie.

also wolverine origins is coming out next year.
