I really like Destiny or Hope but I feel like the two together is a little too much. It reminds me of Miley Cyrus's real name which is Destiny Hope Cyrus.  Although she is a huge star it might follow your daughter.  I knew a girl named Hope that was one of the sweetest, prettiest, smartest girls in my school maybe going with Hope first would help with the Miley thing.

I think you should go with Hailey, I think that would be a beautiful name! I don't like the name Destiny Hope at all, I'm sorry :( I hate telling people I don't like some names cause it's a personal thing. Faith Hope is alright, but it's a little too much. I have a cousin named Destiny Hope, and she dislikes it a great deal, but if that's the name you have your heart set on, go for it.

Honestly that name sounds like a stripper name. Why don't you give her a beautiful normal name? Parents these days give their kids all sorts of weird names that just set them up for harassment in school. Remember kids can be VERY MEAN.

If your heart is really set on that name then use it, just try to name your daughter something that she wont be embarrassed to tell people.

I really don't get the first part of the question. Destiny Hope was Miley Cyrus, a S****y teenage singer's, name before she changed it. She will probably be associated with her, so I wouldn't do that.
