Wedding Cake and Flower ideas please help/...>

our colors for the wedding are Light blue and Yellow, I want to used sunflowers in the wedding because thats my favor flower,,,what other flowers would go good with them??? and alway anyone have any ideas what would be good for a cake design?? my moms making our wedding cake and we could use all the ideas we can get???

As for your bouquet, I think you should keep it all as sunflowers and just wrap the bouquet in blue ribbon and bow. You could also do a bit of blue hydrangea...

Keep the cake simple and beautiful with blue ribbon on each tier and sunflowers tossed beautifully around it.

I think sunflowers would be just lovely!  They are so rustic and cute.

If you want to highlight the "country"/"rustic" aspect of sunflowers you could use cornflowers (they are blue) and relatively inexpensive (they grow wild everywhere where I live).

You could just add blue ribbon to around the base of the cake tiers to add both colours to the cake.

I think for the cake you should keep it simple and use real sunflowers on it. For the boquets, use cala lillies with the sunflowers or tulips. It will be very summery!.

mostly the top fashion latley was mouron green white pink orange and blue thoes are amazing colors to work with and you should try it sometime good luck on the weeding best wishes to you

Corn flowers are a very pretty blue, and yellow mums (double) also football mums are beautiful, of course there is yellow Daisy's.  For you cake you can either have white frosting with pale blue lace piping and yellow mums, and a little bit of corn flowers on it. (real flowers). You should go on Martha Stewart .com for cake ideas.
