- white/blue sleeveless top

- light khaki shorts

- white sperry topsiders

- shell anklet, sharks tooth necklace, and aero necklace

- rowing machine, push ups, exercise bike, crunches, sit ups, treadmill, and ski machine

- 45 minutes to an hour
