Video playtime and photo stills

Question

I just posted a new video on youtube - a little differently than my other two. First the playtime should only be about 3 minutes and is showing as 10 so after it ends there's a black screen for another 6=7 minutes.Secondly, no thumbnails appeared and I'd like to have a picture if possible.Anything I can do besides deleting and starting over?Thanks to anyone that can help.BTW, I've tried to get on the forum and it keeps telling me to log in to youtube first......and I am!!!!!
