Uae visa ban 6 months, that is rule.if any chance is there for remove?

now I am working in dubai.suppose I cencelled my employment visa from the existing company if possible get the visa from some other company by paying fine or remove the ban is possible

  1. my wife had completed six month outside from uae can you give suggestion to ignore 100dhm penalty for every month


  2. i have worked for a local bank in uae on an outsource visa for 15 months and now my visa has been canceled and i have left uae on JAN 28th 2010.I just wana ask if...is there any ban on me if applying for an employment visa?
