Hi I got Visa in 2007 Dec. When stampped i got this for 3 yrs
After i came to usa as i don't like the existing employer i directly came to some another and filed for transfer, That was denied after 2 months and mean while i also got a job and my pay slips ran from them only. So what we did is, applied again for some another company. That also denied with the reason VISA EXPIRED by Feb 29, 2008 So i need to leave the country. The actual expiry date is dec 2010. Even my I94 also having the same date as Dec 2010. So is it necessary for me to leave USA or else i can go back to my actual employer ?
Can i apply for a new company again as it was denied for 2 times alreday. If i need to go back what is the grace period i am having ? Please suggest me...which also can change my life again..
