  1. It obviously makes you feel so ill that you can't even get their name right. Most of these fancy teas have something added to them and it's clear that whatever Twinings add to theirs doesn't agree with you. Change the brand or change to some other kind of tea.

  2. Try a different brand. I love green tea but never really liked twings teas. I get a fair trade one, not for fair trade and organic stuff but because it's really good, one of the best ones out there.

  3. If it makes you feel sick its not good for you, try drinking some different herbal teas!

  4. It's obviously not good for you.  If it makes you sick, don't do it.

  5. Green teas get bitter really quickly and should never be made with boiling water.

Green teas have high levels of caffeine and if you use boiling water, this is flushed out into the liquor (not alcoholic!).

Typically, this type of tea is made with water around 94 Celcius (boiling is 100) and it takes around 3-5 minutes to brew/steep/cure.

You then have around another 5 minutes or so to drink it, before the amazing anti-oxidant properties such oxygen from the air to give a horrid taste and slightly toxic liquid.

White tea is even more delicate.

    Hope this helps.
