To commute from Folsom to SF in the morning, what time is the best time to leave Folsom for a 9am mtg in SF?

I live in Folsom and have a one time meeting in SF at 9am on a Wed. I am basically wondering if its better to come down the night before to avoid the morning commute OR drive down Wed am, go to the meeting and stay in SF Wed night to avoid the evening commute (would drive home early thurs morning).
