Eldrick Tont Woods famously known as Tiger Woods; is a professional American golfer. Woods started his career in August 1996. Since then he has broken all records and is currently World best golfers. Wood is the youngest golfer to achieve the career Grand Slam and has won 14 major golf championships second in place after Jack Nicklaus who won 18. Tiger Woods stated on 11 December 2009 that he is going for a leave from golf for a moment in order to save his marital life. He returned for competition of 2010 Masters Cup, which is going to take place on April 08, 2010 in Augusta, Georgia, after being absent from golf for 20 weeks.
A tragedy occurred with Woods as his Swing coach Hank Haney resigned due to some personal issues. Hank Haney who had been coaching Woods for the past 6 long Years left Woods suddenly. Haney said that he would look back upon the years he spent coaching Woods as the best days in his professional golf. A speculation was heard that Wood was about to leave Haney himself but it all turned other way around. Hank Haney added that “It is a dream of every coach to have a student like Wood and for me it has come true”. Hank Haney also said that it was all his decision to leave Woods and nobody forced him in it. So there should be no confusion in anybody’s mind.
Hank Haney also told that even if he leaves Tiger Wood it will not affect him he would be successful in future no matter who’s behind him.
It was Hank Haney who told Tiger Woods to switch from upright golf swing position to flatter one. Haney stood beside Woods in all the matters even when Woods was facing problems in his married life due to accusations placed by dozen women.
Hank Haney in an interview added that as we all know that Tiger Wood has been through a lot in these past six months and if given time to relax, free his mind, injury free he can once again take his place as he was in the earlier years.
Woods withdrew from the Players Championship last Sunday during the final round. It was stated by Wood that it was because of a bulging disks in his back, which he feared was troubling him for a long time. Woods nowadays is planning to get to the bottom of his back pain. Wood previously withdrew in the year 2006 from Nissan Open at Riviera and his miss at Quail Hollow where he previously scored record 36-hole score. Wood would not be able to compete in the U.S Open in Pebbles beach, which is to be held next month due to his back pain. Wood previously holds a record of 15 holes at U.S Open in the year 2000.
Wood said that for him it was as angry and as frustrated as he has been in a long time not to play all 18 holes.
