  2. Perth's nice. It's a perfect combination of small town and a capital city. It's quite spread out and there's lots of land for sale in the newer areas. They're also revamping the CBD. Housing prices are pretty high now but where aren't they these days. Stunning beaches and hot summers which reach 40c and can take some getting used to but the beaches are stunning and . If you do move here, invest in an air conditioner.it's incredibly clean.

    If you want to know about perth, it is a really beautiful, clean, friendly little city.

  4. its very hot, but nice place. lots of work available, places to stay bit hard but if you can buy a house that'd be better. but rentals not that hard, but bit pricey nowadays. do your research!  

  5. Save your money - accommodation is so scarce they are actually auctioning rental properties to the highest bidder, and most have clauses saying no children!  You need to be seriously wealthy now to rent or buy in Perth. Suggest you look elsewhere in Aus.
