I am a personal trainer, I eat about 6 meals a day here is a sample of what I had today! :) Proper nutrition and dieting should be about supporting your body with nutritents and eating more smaller meals a day will speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat, as well as a proper workout plan :)

    Sample Diet Day


    1-4 cups of water

    Preworkout Shake + coconut oil + chia seeds (1tbsp) (before 30 mins after waking)

    2-3 cups water

    Post-Workout Shake (chocolate protein) + rice cakes

    2-3 cups water

    Oatmeal, fruit, walnuts/almonds, eggs (2 yolks 2 whites)

    2-3 cups water

    Tuna/Salmon wrap with small salad

    2-3 cups water

    Cottage Cheese, fruit

    2-3 cups water

    Chicken, brown rice or pasta, vegetables

    2-3 cups water

    Plain yogurt with granola

    1 cup water


    Bedtime


    Notes; Supplements

    Protein

    Multivitamin

    Creatine

    Glutamine
