TV screen say "no signal"

I watched 2 movies on Sunday. Monday night it says "no signal). Unfortunately when we moved from Texas we lost (have not found box) the tv renote, the Sony dvd remote and of course all manuals. It took me quite a while working on the tv box itself to input something and I watched my movies. So now no signal. Can you help me
