present participle is the "ado" or "ido" form, although many of the ones on your list are irregulars. (To remind you where to look, I'll give you #4. abierto.)

progressive is the "ando" or "iendo" form. Since you already have a subject and tense of the verb, your new verb with the progressive form will be two words. One example is #3. "Escribes la carta" becomes "Estas (accent on the a) escribiendo la carta."
