 Press ctrl+alt+del go to Task manager then open processes tab

Stop every program running by user, I prefer you to end programs that are taking much memory.

If problem persists then the viruses might be reducing speed of your computer. The best advice is to reinstall operating system instead of finding software to kill viruses
