OK I am 13 years old and I am trying to have more control of the ball, I juggle alot and I want to know something that is better then tat like a drill.

  1. juggling is a good way to learn ball control, but there are many more ways. If you are only playing by yourself, kick a ball against a wall and control the ball in a way you can kick it again right away. Don't kick it the same way or with the same foot each time. Learn to control the ball at different heights. Try kicking the ball really high once in a while while juggling and control it. You can find some junk like water bottles and practice dribbling through them different ways.  


  2. yes juggle but also try doing tricks while practicing but if you havent mastered it don't do it on the field.

  3. easy, set up cones on a field and try to run around them as fast as you can. you'll notice that the more you'll do it, the faster you'll be able to do it and that means your ball control is getting better. also, it is good exercise to kick the ball as high as you can and when it is coming down, close your eyes and try to control it with your eyes closed. NO KIDDING, IT WORKED FOR ME. well, good luck!!!!!!!!

  4. Kick the football off the side of your house and control it as soon as it comes back to you and kick it again right back towards your house and just keep doing this until it becomes second nature to pass and recieve the football.
