Nemanja Vidic hauled down Gabriel Agbonlahor inside the opening five minutes inside the box to concede a penalty which gave Aston Villa the opener in Sunday's Carling Cup final at Wembley.

He claimed ref Phil Dowd was right not to send him off.

The result finished 2-1 to Man Utd

I believe any tackle inside the box which produces a penalty, should also produce a Red card, and if not a Red card then atleast a Yellow.
