Shotgun Shooters-what is the name of the padding that goes on your shoulder/chest for shotgun shooting?

Its a strap with a nice thick pad that wraps around your shoulder/chest and you place the buttstock right on it to ease/lessen the kickback with firing a shotgun... I just dont know what the actual "thing" is called, but I want to pick one up becuase I just cant keep firing 3 inch or even 2 3/4 inch slugs for zeroing and practice and getting shoulder bruising! It's killing me!

Any help would be appreciated, Links to for sale ones would be even better!
