  1. From what I understand from my last boyfriend... 'Srećan Božić' is Merry/Happy Christmas.  But Serbs will say "Hristos se rodi" when the greet one another.  This means "Christ is born." To which the other will reply, "Vaistinu se rodi," meaning "Truly born."


    You might also need, "Srećna Nova Godina" at this time of year.  "Happy New Year."  :-)
