Robbie Fowler had an argument with his manager after being told that he would start on the bench. The former Liverpool and England striker refused to start as a substitute and as a result was dropped from his sides match against Brisbane.
Fowler's wife has reportedly failed to settle in Townsville, the northern Australian city in which the Fury are based.
