Rhodium plated ring will it turn my finger green?

Platinum is supposed to be hypo-allergenic. Rhodium belongs to the same family as platinum so to say. So I guess rhodium plated jewelry should not turn your finger green. However, the rhodium plating will wear off over time. In that case, the ring could cause allergies, which could make it turn 'green'
