I bought an RC plane from Walmart a couple days ago, and now, the antenna broke on it; so i cant fly it more than a few feet.
I've looked all over the place for the receipt, but cant find it. I still have the box.... mostly, and the card I bought it with.
I've read that they'll like scan your drivers license and give you store credit and stuff, but I live in louisiana, so I'm not too sure if this still will apply.
So my question is: I want to exchange this item, with one of equal or lesser value, will they still let me if I don't still have the receipt?
