Question:

Replacing tyres with Road Race Tyres?

On my current bike it says on the tyres 700x35c, but I am currently wanting to replace them with some road race ones such as slicks but I cant seem to find 700x35c anywhere so would I be able to use a tyre such as a 700x23c?
