Recycling around the world.?

am doing a project on recycling , and was wondering if anyone has any information about recycling in england and the reycling system there, i need as much info. as possible about how they recycle and more. websites are ok , thankyou.Also i need information on recycling in Italy,& USA.

i use to have a back garden now i have a recycle plant, full of black plastic bins for bottles glass and plastic a blue bin for paper and a brown one for card board a black one that looks like a darlek for compost and two black bins for none re cycle waste

I have lived in greece and Bulgaria and to be honest "recycling" there is a joke. They put out recycling bins, which give a good impression to the tourists, and much of what individuals have bothered to sort into the right bins, ends up in landfill sites. I have gleaned this information from the English-language newspapers there, e.g. Athens News and Sofia Echo. I am sure there is a reliable Italian based English-language newspaper which you could search a database for articles...
