  1. Yes, like lot of other things you can refreeze the ham also but you have to be careful with any meat pork meat.  Pre-cooked ham that has been previously frozen and defrosted in the refrigerator, may be successfully refrozen again if it is done within couple of days but remember contamination and foodborn illness increase every time you freeze, thaw and then freeze again.  to reduce the chance of contamination thaw it in the refrigerator where the ham does not go above 40 degrees F internal temperature, it is handled with clean utensils and/or hands and then it is frozen in a freezer at 0 degrees F or lower within the 4-5 time frame, it should be safe to consume.
