I would advice you to contact Ranger America's  Head Quarter's  in Texas at 800.837.6409, or e-mail them at [e-mail].

On there official website, you  will find a list of local offices around the country that may be closer to you. Any of these places should get you a copy of the instruction manual. Though it may not be free, they don't usually charge much if you have their product.
