  1. You may not be able to. They use a "player" that's older, I have problems with it also.

However, that being said, your computer may work with a couple of updates, even if mine doesn't. This has worked for other streaming I want to hear. It's been posted before, sort of a check list of things to do when you have problems with a "player" application:

Most stations stream their live signals to the US on their websites. Go to the station site and look for "Listen Live." Click it and, if your computer has the right extensions and add-ons, you'll be able to hear the live broadcast.

If you have a problem, It could be your network. If you are coming straight out of the wall (either cable or DSL) to a modem to your computer with ethernet, then it's something else.

If, however, you have a router or switch in between that could be the problem, It was a problem for me.

Another problem is with the version of either Java or Flash. Go to the sites below and download the latest versions of both.

The other thing that happens is there are often many different volume controls any one of which if muted or turned down will kill the audio. So make sure you check all of them in your control panels and any volume controls on the computer box itself (for instance my Toshiba has a volume wheel on the front of the computer that's barely visible). Make sure you click "apply" after making any changes, if it's there.

Make sure the site is in your preferred sites and no pop-up blockers are in play. You can also try lowering your security settings and disabling your firewall while listening (but re-start when finished).

If all else fails try to find a tech support contact, it’s possible the problem is on their end:

EDIT: No wonder they call me Duh. Gearbox makes an excellent point and one I forgot to mention. Obviously if the game isn't being broadcast at the time you are trying to listen, there'll be nothing there. My problems were with players that SHOULD have been working as the stations were live at the time.

  2. XP with IE will normally be setup to automatically play streaming from what ever source appears (this one actually came up as inside the website)

However apparently they are not streaming right now. I find some smaller stations will do this to save money from having to pay any additional fees for streaming to music rights people as well as for the voice over rights for national commercials. However during sports time, the ad time is all local, and the game will be streamed as the cost is borne out by the station but doesn't have to pay anyone else for the right to carry the game (except maybe to the schools)

http://www.plainsmall.com/specs/eaglerad... , is the actual source audio and currently they are not streaming.

Opening a player such as windows media player, or the free winamp clicking on file then open url and pasting this link will link you direct to the audio BTW

  3. You can listen to the radio through the websites.

The trick is to find the radio station you want and then stream live from their website.

    Have a good day!!
