RCCL Freedom of the Seas SPA SUGGESTIONS?

I am going on a cruise in 35days

I want to do the ""Rasul, Couples Treatment $ 83.00"" but have no idea what this is or how long it goes for.

Anyone try this? was it worth it, give me a description of your experience

Any suggestions of what people liked and disliked would be greatly appreciated as well

I would think the cruiseline website would have that info, but if not, you could go to CruiseCritic.com, click on "Boards", then do a search for Rasul; or go to the RCI board and search that.  If you don't find anything, you can post your question and experienced cruisers will answer your question.
