Query regarding Employment visa ban in UAE?

I am an MBA and was working as an Asst Brand Manager with a reputed company in UAE. I worked for 9 months and then resigned and it's been a month since I have left the UAE. My visa was cancelled. But there is nothing on the page which mentions an employment ban. Is the employment ban automatic? Also, am I eligible to work in the free zone now in the case there is a ban. How can I confirm if my passport has a ban or not.

Dear Sir

I got the job offer from a company in Abu Dhabi and they have applied for my resident permit visa.

They informed me that my resident permit visa for UAE has been rejected because I am black listed in UAE.

I have neither lived nor travelled in UAE or to any GCC country ever before, so why my name is blacklisted.

There is no reason of blacklisting except my name matches with already blacklisted person.

Profession : Mechanical Engineer

Nationalality : Pakistani

Please let me know how my problem can be resolved ?

I am holding an employment visa since 2007 -2010 now i renew my contract for another 3 yrs.,is it possible to change the company after the 6 month of renewing the contract?do i have to pay something to the company?and what are those benefits i can get if i resign after 6 mon. of renewal?Pls.help me.

I have been offered an employment in sharjah in an engineering company.
During my pre-medical test here as my home country, all tests were o.k. except HCV antibody, which came positive.
How critical  is this test for getting the residence visa also I want to know how much time is required for the processing of the same. If I accept this offer I need to resign from my present job.
Do is it worth the risk. Because I could end up loosing both jobs.
Please advise.

If i resign before a year service of my three year contract and i pay the fees requested by my company before cancellation of residence visa and i have broken no further laws regarding the UAE Labour. Will i still be banned and if so where can i find details on lifting such a ban

good morning i work in ajman  in uae as a servant the thing is i cant finish my 2 years contract bcoz the reason  its for my mistake regarding to mobile my employer suddenly know that i have  mobile which not allow me  to used mobile the thing when he deported me in phil my visa was stamp  for cancelled.. i want to know till when i enter u.a.e coz i wanna apply  for work.. thank u hope u response me

i am electrical engineer now working in a company. but my visa is of labour supervisor. i want to know weather there will be a ban if i cancel my visa. if so then how can i remove my ban. give me all the possible ways to remove the ban.now i got a job offer as a electrical engineer, and i planning to resign my current job. please help me.

Worked on labor visa and resigned, is there any ban to re-enter as Engineer. I have appointment order as engineer. what to do to lift the ban in this case.Previous employer not entertain NOC.

I came to dubai on emploment visa on 10 dec 2006 and my visa will be finished on 25 january 2010. Now a days company has giving pressure to us
in work. They ask me to go for medical to renew my contract. At present i have financial problem i have now other option to renew my old contract.
after renewing if i got better job in other company within a period of six month can i cancelled my contract. my company is not giving NOC. So now in this case what are the other options for me to join a new company. Please guide me. Thank you.

I am working in a Construction company more than five years as an accountant my second visa will exp on 06/06/2010. un limited contract. DXB visa.
Now i got an opertunity in another company dealing with same construction in AUH. But my present company not ready to give the NOC. They threten me that they will give one year Ban. Is it possible to give such ban for me ?

Hi..I am a software professional [UAE Visa was taken as Computer Programmer].I am a post graduate.I work with an Indian company [A].This Indian company 'A' sub contracted me to another Indian company[B] who was having a project in Dubai.I worked with Employment visa of 'B' for 1 and half years after which 'B' decided to end my contract with 'A'.I came back to India but had a 6 month labour ban.Now 'A' has another project in Dubai with some other company 'C' and taken my Employement visa again with out my knowlege.I dont want to go there with 'A' or 'C' again.I contacted the company PRO and he told me that if i dont come in the visa issued they can impose a life time ban as they had some amout spent in lifting the ban..Could some one please suggest what i should do..
