Puberty ( My son age 11 and a half)

My husband is very hairy. And my son is going through puberty. In the summer before he went into 4th grade I noticed that he had a good ammount of armpit hair, and he had a small ammount of fine black facial hairs. Now that he is in 5th grade, he has chest hair! (The thick line of hair from belly button up, and his voice has changed. Also we went to the beach and his trunks were sliding down and he has adult textured pubic hair. Should this happen this early
