Property for sale in Tennessee or kentucky?

I'm looking to buy property in tennessee or kentucky at least a 5 bedroom home on like 20 acres for under 200,000. talked to some realators but nothing great? anyone have any suggestions on good communities to move into?

For Middle Tennessee, realtracs.com is a good site to search.  I fudged your requirements some (5 bed, 15+acres, $220k max), but found 5 properties, 2 of which have pretty houses...

Here's a Kentucky link that might help you narrow you list.

You can probably eliminate Fayette and Jefferson counties (too pricey). But you may be able to find something in one of their surrounding counties, that way you'd get cheaper property but not be too rural.

Searched all counties with 5+ bedrooms for $0-$200,000 and 61 listings were returned.  You can do an advanced search to put in other criteria you'd be interested in an dlimit the search a bit more.
