Procedures for foreigners getting married in Malaysia?

Would like some details of how two foreigners can register for marriage (non-muslim) in Malaysia. Have check out the Malaysian government web site but unfortunately the details are in Malay. Any help, please?

How does an Australian Catholic man marry a Malay Muslim woman. The man resides in Australia. The woman will travel to Australia after the marriage. Could someone advise me of the options please.

We're two foreigners marrying in Aug in Malaysia, but as we are fairly new here we don't know anyone who can be our witnesses. Are there any professional witnesses that we can invite?
