Prizerebel and Gaia Cash Card?

Hi. I requested a $25 Gaia card off of Prizerebel a couple of days ago. After around 2 days it said "processed," and I checked my mail. I got a message from [e-mail] and it all the message said was "Your prize claim has been processed!" But where is the card?

In the message came a couple of numbers though, just below the processed sentence. Does this mean something?
