Is a 11' long, 7' wide, and 6' high aquarium big enough to keep one?

  1. This tank will hold 3456 gallons of water, so based on the previous answerers information, it should be suitable.


  2. calculate the volume. a blacktip reef shark grows to about 6 ft and needs a minimum 2500 gallon tank, preferably larger. the port jackson sharks grow to about 5.5 ft long, therefore the minimum volume requirements are probably about the same. just make sure he can turn around comfortably.
