does the pokemon battle revolution game need to have pokemon pearl of diamon? iv just orderded it (lol) but dont have the pokemon pearl + diamond.

I am 90% sure that you need Pokemon D/P because there is no point of battleing players on that if you have no pokemon. I am 100% sure you don't need Wi-fi.
