at school i get beaten up and bullied by evryone in my class.

they do it everyday to me and theres like 30 of them. they dont do it altogether but ther do it in like 4 groups. But im always ignore it. one day one boy got a couple of small stones he found on the ground and furiosly started throwing them at me and it started hurting me so bad the corner of my head started to bleed. so in defence i ran up to him and punched him right in his face hard. that was the first time ive ever gotten physical to someone since yr 3. but what can i do i was only defending myself or who even knows that boy could of even killed me with the amount of stones he was throwing. but he ran to a teacher in the next building and apparently i broke one of his teeth so the teacher sent me to my head of year and i was excluded for two weeks. i told them he was throwing stones at me but the boy said to the teachers that im lying and that my head was bleeding because i tripped over and landed my head on a rock . when i came back fom school two weeks later and things were the same again. but a fews days later in my science class we were experimenting with bunsen burners then a different boy got a piece of paper and lighted it with the bunsen burner and threw the lighted piece of paper at me. it landed on my hand for 3 seconds but still gave me a furious burn on my hand which burnt for 3 days. but in retaliation to the boy that burnt me i pushed him onto the floor and stamped on his leg. i again got in trouble again and excluded again for another week. and when i came back from school the bullyings gotten worse and i have told loads of teachers but when they have a word with them all the kids in my class lie and say that no ones bullying me. but thats not bothering me the fact is all my life ive been dreaming of a solicitar. but will my exclusion effect my future job

  1. OMG that's awful..I feel so terrible for you. I am from Africa we don't get that kind of bullying in our schools...come live in Africa..

Why do the kids in 1st world/western countries have to be so evil.

I wish I had some way to help you. ..

Take up Karate or Kungfu to defend your self..

I can' t belive those people can be so awful..I hope you grow stronger...please don't let them destroy you..good luck!!

  2. This is dreadful; just because they are on mass and you are alone the school are believing them.

Tell your parents if you can, as an adult needs to explain to the Headmaster what is happening and how you are being victimisized by the teachers/school.  If they get no joy then try contacting your local area education authority about this.  Alternatively, contact your local councillor as he/she may be able to help.  If your parents won't do something about this, have you got any other relatives who will fight your case??

You need to take action, I know what it is liked to be bullied by another individual and also to be bullied by a group albeit by a much smaller group that you are being bullied by, and it is distressing and not nice to be living your life in fear.

  3. Dude that is really really sh*t for you, they pick and bully on you and when you try to fight back or stop it they seem the victim and you get punished, insted of them for bullying you, my advice to you would be just fuking stab one of them, smash one with a baseball bat, do something like that, you'll get suspended and g*y c**p like that but when you come back you'll get the respect that you deserve.

When the police come just say they drove you to it, your still at school so you'll get a slap on the wrist.

  4. No it shouldn't effect your future.  Write down like you have done here everything that has happened to you.  Then get your parents/guardians involved, go to the school, get them to tell the school what is happening to you.  Next step is when you are bullied again do not escalate it by going back at them, go straight to a teacher, if they don't take you seriously demand your parents.  If you are physically assaulted report it to the police, even if it is in school, you get them involved and the teachers will start doing something.  Bulling is not acceptable and has to be stopped.  There are bulling helplines out there give them a call, they will help you.

  5. Wow that's awful! You need to tell your guidance counselor and teachers right away! No one should have to live with that!

  6. no it shouldn't be a problem!!! that is really sad than none of the teachers are helping you!! just try and controlle your self dont retaliate and soon enought they will get cought out!! i was in the excact same positition at school!! my bullys attcked me out side of school as well in class so my mum called the police then the school had to listern!!! the bullys were put on a final warning and were told if they even looked at me wrong they would be expeled for good!!! they never bullyed me again and i acctually enjoyed my last 2 years of school!!! so there is hope for you. just keep you chin up and remeber you are betta then the bullies if you can ignore them!!

  7. I hate bullying and I reckon you shouldn't stop telling the teachers about these incidents.  Also I would advise you to either ignore them or tell someone, don't defend yourself in such a way that you end up looking like the bad guy (I assume that could be a reason why the teachers won't listen??)

Have you told anyone at home? family, friends or even a doctor? if they know, they would be more likely to contact the school and so a solution would be made.

If you want to be a solicitor, I strongly advise you to NOT approach these bullies physically. Also you should attempt to sort out the misunderstandings of your previous exclusions with the school as it could affect your career path. I would say at this point, a meeting with your parents and the headteacher may be needed.

Remember be strong, tell someone at home or a GP and don't fight back physically, it'll only make things worse. Good Luck

  8. wtf is up with those a-holes. you better talk to your parents about this and have them come to school atleast who cares if they call you a snitch or watever you need to dp smthing about this! this is very serious these kids are manipulating you and its not right. what is up with this generations kids? jeez. good luck with that. and keep standing up for urself.

  9. Firstly there is no way getting suspended will affect your career as a solicitor. Don't worry about that! Once you have passed your exams, gone to university, done your Law Practice Course - a suspension will be irrelevant.

Have you spoken to your parents about this? If your parents speak to the head teacher they will take you seriously. You don't need to take this.

I really hope it works out. Good luck.
