PSV Eindhoven’s Przemyslaw Tyton will return to full training on Tuesday – Dutch Eredivisie news
Reports from Philips Stadion indicate that PSV Eindhoven’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Przemyslaw-Tyton-c30175 is making steady progress in his recovery from a head injury and will return to full training on Tuesday. The 24-year-old suffered a head injury in the 2-2 stalemate against Ajax
Amsterdam on September 18.
The shot-stopper sustained the injury after a collision with teammate http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Timothy-Derijck-c35129, whose knee hit Tyton in the head. The PSV gloves man lost consciousness on the spot and was treated on the pitch for at least 15 minutes. He regained consciousness on
his way to the hospital, where he was treated for concussion.
Tyton has not featured for the Boeren in any fixture since then, missing games against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/NEC-c40018 Nijmegen. However, reports suggest that the Polish International will return to full training on Tuesday.
“I will return to the field on Tuesday. We are working on different exercises to do and most importantly I no longer get headaches. I want to do more every day. It's Ok. I feel the same as before my injury and that's important”, Tyton said while talking
to the journalists.
Although the Polish goalkeeper would resume full training this week, it remains uncertain when he will be able to play for the Eindhoven giants. The 24-year-old also admitted that he is currently only focusing on gaining full fitness.
“I'm concentrating on a return, but have not set a date. I won't watch anymore. I'm thinking only of my recovery”, Tyton added.
Debates have reopened in the Dutch media after the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/PSV-c40281 gloves man sustained the horrific head injury. The question that remains to be answered is whether goalkeepers should wear protective headgear or not.
However, Tyton clearly indicated that he has still not given the idea any thought.
“It's different for every individual, but for now I do not think about it”, the 24-year-old concluded.
